The Company issues Experience Letters, Internship Completion Letters, and related official documents strictly in physical format only. No digital copy, scanned copy, soft copy, or email copy shall be provided under normal circumstances.
All employees/interns are required to collect their original documents physically from the company office after completion of the formal exit process and clearance procedures.
Employees/Interns are mandatorily required to sign the physical NOC (No Objection Certificate), confidentiality closure, and handover documents before final clearance of dues, incentives, certificates, or official documents.
In case of delay from the employee/intern side in completing the NOC process, document signing, handover, or office visit formalities, the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in dues settlement, document release, or closure process.
The Company reserves the right to withhold final clearance, experience letters, internship certificates, or pending settlements until all internal formalities and compliance procedures are properly completed.
